10 Site Rules!

MADE ON THE SITE!
(Yes I design them all. I will file a copywrite on your @ss!)
These doujinshi belong to all of us--not just the scanner!
I don't know how livid I have to make myself.
(At least as so far for someone to delete my old site
(www.yamixyugicinnamonandsugar.org) cause of it cause they were mad over nothing.)

1. This site is a doujinshi collectors site. (I scan most of the doujinshi.) Thus any doujinshi from Zelas, Sea of Darkness, Darkwood, the Pharaoh's Palace, Pharaoh Doll, or any other WILL be used. It's a collector site--I am not stealing something that can't even BE stolen in the first place. The books are made for everyone to read--not just me. If you have a problem with that--too bad so sad.
( Unless you are truly the artist, it does not really belong to you, you just OWN a copy of it.)

2. The doujinshi watermarks will still remain intact! It is only fair.
( I will be checking any donations to make sure they are not violated scans.)

3. My site WILL be aloud under my host for adult content. I am completely legal under their rules and by state laws. Any reports to my hosting team will be ignored or I will not be laiable for you entering the site.

4. No flame e-mails will be tolerated anymore and will be ignored, unless it deals with an artist or author. I also don't respond to people asking me "what song is playing on the site" anymore.

5. All fiction and donated art will be provided by the owner's permission.

6. If you would like to borrow art and fictions, ask the artists/or authors please. I am not responsable for your stuff if it ends up in other places.

7. If you would like to borrow a doujinshi I scanned, you can ask me if you would like, but I don't really mind. It really shouldn't matter. -__-'
(The only ones I am not allowing are zelas and pharaoh-doll, since they both got my site deleted off the net over nothing. You both can only imagine what I had to go through, what if it was your site?)

8. You can e-mail me any type of donations or problems to yugithecutie@ymail.com If a broken link is found, please e-mail me right away and I will fix it in the same day!

9. There are 5 passworded sections, if you would like to gain access to them, you MUST e-mail me. They contain adult themes.

10. Please be appropriate on the shoutbox please--or you will be banned from the site. Have fun--no bashing is allowed of any characters!
